A well-known TikToker, Nabila, was allegedly shot dead by her former husband in Khwazakhela area of Upper Swat.
According to media reports, the Tik Toker has been allegedly shot dead over domestic issues. The deceased, Nabila, was a resident of Bedara Matta and had recently been living in Gaiman, Khwazakhela.
Following the incident, police have initiated investigation on scientific grounds to probe into the actual reasons of the murder.
Separately in another incident in Alam Ganj, a man allegedly killed his wife after assaulting her following a domestic dispute. Police have registered a case and started an investigation in the incident.
Authorities have expressed concerns over growing domestic disputes, consequently resulting in the murder cases. They vowed to bring all the responsible to justice soon.
It is worth noting that female Tik Tokers have been facing growing violence for the last few months, resulting in their murder.
A few months earlier, Sana Javed, a resident of Attock known on social media as Pashto-language TikToker “Out Lofera.” was killed by her ex-husband.
The victim’s husband Muhammad Sadiq was also present at the scene with severe gunshot injury and was shifted to a hospital where he succumbed to the injuries.
