After a two-year legal struggle, the son of Balochistan, martyr Shabbir Baloch, has finally received justice from the court, says the Chief Minister of Balochistan.
Chief Minister of Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti said in a post on X that after a two-year-long legal struggle, justice has finally been delivered in the case of Shabbir Baloch.
He stated that during duty in Gwadar, violent protesters of the BYC, under the leadership of Mahrang Baloch, attacked him with stones, resulting in his martyrdom.
Following the court’s decision to sentence Mahrang Baloch and her companions, the provincial government’s stance has been proven correct that those who resort to violence in the name of peaceful protest, promote unrest, and target state officials are in fact facilitators of terrorism.
The Government of Balochistan expressed solidarity with the family of Shabbir Baloch after the conviction of the killers and assured them that the martyr’s blood will not go in vain.
He further stated that the state’s struggle against terrorists, their sympathizers, facilitators, and supporters will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.
