Web Desk: A captured terrorist from the outlawed group Fitna al-Khawarij, has issued a detailed confessional statement revealing extensive cross-border funding, deadly terror plots, and systemic moral depravity within the organization.
Security forces recently apprehended Umar Din, also known by his alias Jazba, who subsequently confessed to joining the terrorist ranks on January 12, 2025.
During his interrogation, the terrorist disclosed that his specific operational base housed between 60 to 70 Afghan nationals. These individuals, along with various other terrorist cells, received specialized training in firearms and rocket operations across both Afghanistan and Waziristan.
Furthermore, the detainee linked his network directly to several high-profile terror attacks. He admitted that the cell orchestrated the assault on the Shadi Khel base and executed an improvised explosive device (IED) blast on Kota Khwah Road. The roadside bombing resulted in the martyrdom of seven police officers during the holy month of Ramadan.
Beyond operational tactics, the confession shed light on the internal environment of the terrorist hideouts. Umar Din revealed that a significant number of network members suffer from severe drug addiction. Additionally, he exposed widespread moral corruption, alleging that several commanders hold young boys captive in the camps for sexual exploitation.
Financially, the group sustains its operations through direct monetary assistance provided by commanders stationed across the border in Afghanistan. To supplement this foreign funding, the network actively engages in local criminal enterprises. They routinely extort money from residents under the guise of taxes, snatch vehicles, and abduct children for ransom.
According to the captured terrorist, senior commanders systematically brainwash young recruits using the rhetoric of enforcing Sharia and waging jihad. In reality, the leadership lures these youths with promises of weapons, money, and a lavish lifestyle.
Umar Din admitted that highly coordinated propaganda videos initially misled him into joining the group. He concluded his statement by warning other vulnerable youths that the path of the organization leads strictly to destruction and ruin, exposing how the group uses religion as a shield to advance a criminal agenda.
