Web Desk: Artificial intelligence company Anthropic is offering salaries of up to $400,000 for senior writing and content positions, underscoring the growing value of human communication skills even as AI technology advances.

The company recently posted a vacancy for a Copy Lead, a role focused on shaping how Anthropic communicates with enterprise customers. The position carries a salary range of $255,000 to $320,000 and requires at least 10 years of experience.

According to the job description, the successful candidate will work across long-form content, product pages, marketing campaigns, event materials, social media copy, scripts and performance marketing initiatives.

Anthropic is also recruiting a Head of Copy and Content, offering a salary between $320,000 and $400,000.

The role includes responsibility for brand voice, tone, creative leadership, marketing campaigns, web content, product launches and team development. The position highlights the company’s increasing focus on clear communication as competition intensifies in the AI sector.

Despite rapid advances in generative AI, companies developing the technology continue to invest heavily in experienced writers.

Anthropic said its Copy Lead will help translate complex product capabilities and customer outcomes into language that is clear, engaging and accessible to readers.
