Peshawar Zalmi’s all-rounder Aamer Jamal was declared Player of the Final after an outstanding all-round performance, taking 4 wickets and scoring an unbeaten 56 runs.
Sufiyan Muqeem clinched the Best Bowler award of the league and was also honored with the Fazal Mahmood Cap. He took a total of 22 wickets in PSL 11.
In the batting department, Babar Azam led from the front with 588 runs and was named Best Batter. He also received the Golden Bat and the Hanif Mohammad Cap.
Hunan Shah won the Emerging Player of the Tournament award, while Farhan Yousaf was named Fielder of the Tournament.
Shadab Khan was awarded All-rounder of the Tournament, and Kusal Mendis earned the title of Best Wicketkeeper.
Apart from these other performances also stood out throughout the tournament, with several young players making a strong mark through consistent exhibition of talent and skill. The league once again highlighted emerging cricketing talent alongside established international and national stars.
Asif Yaqoob was declared Umpire of the Tournament, while Michael Bracewell received the “Moment of the Match” award in PSL 11.
It is noting worthy that the concluding final match was won by Peshawar Zalmi under the captaincy of Babar Azam. Experts believe that Babar’s skills and competence throughout the series helped the team realizing this most sought-after dream.
