PSL 11 Final: traffic plan, parking arrangements announced

Traffic arrangements for the Pakistan Super League 11 final have been finalized, and a parking plan has also been issued.


According to 8 DSPs, 90 traffic inspectors, and more than 500 wardens will perform duties during the PSL final. For the convenience of spectators, five parking stands have been set up, while 11 fork lifters will also be deployed to eliminate illegal parking.


Cricket fans will be able to park their vehicles at Government College for Boys and CBD Parking. In addition, spectators can also park at Sun Fort Hotel and Liberty Parking.


Those coming from Ferozepur Road will take a turn from Kalma Chowk and park at Government College Gulberg via National Park. Meanwhile, visitors coming from Defence and Cantt areas will use Hussain Chowk or Sherpao Bridge and park at Liberty Parking via Main Boulevard Gulberg.


Those coming from Mughalpura and Garhi Shahu will also use Main Boulevard Gulberg and park at Sun Fort Hotel and Liberty Parking.
Sayed Abdul Rahim Sherazi said that no road will be permanently closed.


He also appealed to cricket fans to follow police instructions to enjoy the match peacefully.

Authorities have announced that special monitoring teams will also remain mobile on key routes leading to the stadium to handle traffic flow. CCTV surveillance will be used to ensure seamless movement and quick response to any emerging issue.
