Social media influencer Taha Akram shared videos that showed poor conditions and alleged neglect at the facility. As a result, the footage spread rapidly online and drew strong public reaction.
In response, Faisal Edhi strongly rejected the claims. He said the allegations represent propaganda against the foundation. Moreover, he stated that critics are targeting both his reputation and the organization’s legacy.

The organization was founded by Abdul Sattar Edhi and Bilquis Edhi. Together, they built one of the world’s largest humanitarian networks. Since then, the foundation has continued to rely heavily on public donations.
