Web Desk: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar met with the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt and Azerbaijan on the sidelines of the Consultative Ministerial Meeting of Arab and Islamic countries in Riyadh, discussing evolving regional developments and reinforcing commitments to peace and cooperation.
Dar held a meeting with Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Turkey’s Hakan Fidan, and Egypt’s Badr Abdelatty. The discussions centered on the changing regional landscape and emphasized the importance of advancing stability, collective prosperity, and coordinated diplomatic efforts.
Earlier, Dar met separately with Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to review regional developments. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to close coordination and deepening the Pak-Turkiye bilateral partnership across political, economic, and strategic areas.
Dar also held talks with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, where the two officials exchanged views on regional challenges and reaffirmed a shared determination to further strengthen bilateral relations across all fields of mutual interest.
The series of high-level meetings highlights Pakistan’s proactive diplomatic engagement in the region, signaling its intent to enhance cooperation with key partners while contributing to stability and development across the Arab and Islamic world.
