Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar shared a notworthy operational update on Tuesday regarding Operation Ghazb lil Haq, detailing extensive losses inflicted on Afghan Taliban positions.

According to the update released on March 3, Pakistani security forces carried out coordinated air and ground operations targeting multiple militant strongholds across Afghanistan in response to escalating hostilities.

The official summary claims that 464 Afghan Taliban fighters were killed, while more than 665 were injured during the ongoing operation. In addition to personnel losses, the operation reportedly resulted in the destruction of 188 check posts and the capture of 31 strategic posts.

Military hardware losses were also highlighted. Officials stated that 192 tanks, armoured vehicles, and artillery guns were destroyed in precision strikes. Furthermore, 56 locations across Afghanistan were effectively targeted by air power as part of the broader campaign.
