Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to discuss the growing escalation in the Middle East following recent developments involving Israel and Iran.


During the call, the prime minister strongly condemned the dangerous escalation and expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries at this critical time. He reiterated that stability and peace in the region are essential for global security and development.

Shehbaz Sharif also stated that Pakistan stands ready to play a constructive diplomatic role in supporting peace efforts and reducing tensions. He expressed hope that the spirit and blessings of Ramadan would contribute to calm, restraint, and stability across the region.


The conversation reflects Pakistan’s continued engagement with key regional partners amid evolving geopolitical challenges.
