Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday approved a 10-day transit bail for YouTubers and TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nani Wala
For the case proceedings on Wednesday morning both TikToker Rajab Butt and Nadeem Naniwala arrived at Islamabad High Court.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the petition filed by the two social media personalities seeking bail in cases registered against them.
During the proceedings, the counsel for the petitioners informed the court that a case was also registered against them in Karachi. He requested the court to grant 15 days of bail to allow adequate time to appear before the relevant court.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas remarked that the court was granting a 10-day transit bail. He instructed both individuals to approach the concerned court within the given time frame.
The Islamabad High Court formally ordered Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nani Wala to contact the relevant court within 10 days to pursue further legal remedies.
