Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty, will arrive in Pakistan today (Saturday) for a two-day official visit on the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
According to the Foreign Office, the visit highlights the strong and friendly ties between Pakistan and Egypt, built on shared faith, culture, and similar views on regional and global issues.
The visit aims to further strengthen Pakistan–Egypt relations and expand cooperation in political, economic, defence, cultural, and people-to-people sectors.
During his stay, the Egyptian Foreign Minister will hold a one-on-one and delegation-level meeting with Senator Ishaq Dar. Both sides will review the full scope of bilateral relations and discuss regional and international matters, including the situation in Gaza.
The Foreign Office said the visit is expected to deepen cooperation and further boost the longstanding partnership between the two brotherly countries.
