Pakistan’s batting excelled. Two brilliant half-centuries powered the team. Opener Sahibzada Farhan scored a brisk 63 runs. He faced 41 balls. Former captain Babar Azam anchored the innings. He hit a classy 74 runs. He faced 52 deliveries. Fakhar Zaman provided late fireworks. He smashed an unbeaten 27 runs. He faced just 10 balls. This helped Pakistan to a formidable score.
Zimbabwe’s chase started poorly. It never recovered. Wickets fell often. The team was quickly 60/7. Spinner Usman Tariq was the bowling star for Pakistan.
