Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs and Senator Rana Sanaullah says that after the 27th, the 28th Amendment is also coming.
Speaking on the private media channel, Rana Sanaullah said that the 28th Constitutional Amendment is coming on education, population, curriculum, and local bodies.
The Senator said that we had three senators in reserve for the approval of the 27th Amendment by the Senate. This time we had the number of 67 or 68 in the Senate.
The Prime Minister’s Advisor on Political Affairs stated that the opposition could not object to any part or clause of the constitutional amendment.
PTI Senator Barrister Ali Zafar said that an appeal can be filed against the 27th Amendment, but the problem is in which court the appeal should be filed, the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court? If we go to the Constitutional Court, then the decision is difficult.
Barrister Ali Zafar said that the amendment is being made on the opposition’s vote, and it will not be sustainable. If the government takes the vote by violating the constitution, then the amendment is based on rigging. There is no constitution in the world that does not allow action to be taken against a murderer or thief just because the perpetrator was the president.
