Bollywood’s famous actor Dharmendra was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Monday due to serious health issues.
The 89-year-old actor is getting medical help. According to the Dharmendra family, the doctors are closely examining his health.
There were also rumors that the legendary actor is on a ventilator due to a serious health condition, but the family denied the reports.
His wife, Hema Malini, later wrote on X to clear the air and share an emotional note. “I thank everyone for their concern about Dharam ji, who is in the hospital for observation.”
The actress also wrote, “He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him,” she wrote. “I request you all to pray for his welfare and speedy recovery.”
After his wife’s tweet, his family, including Sunny Deol and Tanya Deol, reached the hospital. The journalists confirmed their presence in the hospital.
Karan and Rajveer Deol were also in the hospital to meet their grandfather.
According to the media reports, the top doctors of Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital are closely examining the actor’s health. However, the exact reason of Dharmendra’s stay at the hospital has not been shared with the media.
On the other hand, fans of a famous actor are hoping for his safe recovery. According to Indian media, Dharmendra’s birthday is approaching as he will be 90 years old on December 8.
Dharmendra did blockbuster hit films in the 90s. Earlier, he was the main lead in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya with Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.
