The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has issued instructions to all its militant groups to immediately return to Afghanistan from the tribal areas.

According to details, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has issued instructions to all its militant groups to immediately return to Afghanistan from the tribal areas. These instructions were issued by Mufti Noor Wali and senior leadership on Afghan soil and disseminated systematically at three levels.

From the central leadership to regional commanders, and from there to local fighters. Messages are being delivered via Facebook Messenger, print pamphlets, and dedicated informant networks so that all groups receive clear and consistent instructions.

Each group has been instructed to break into small units and return to Afghanistan via the same routes they entered Pakistan.

The message was endorsed by individuals such as regional commander Mullah Saeed Anar and disseminated in Waziristan and other sensitive areas. Locally recorded voices ordered the militants to immediately cease all operations, postpone planned attacks, and not act on any unconfirmed or rumored messages.

They have been instructed that the next order will be issued only after the central emir arrives in Afghanistan. All messages are being issued in Pashto with “Bismillah” and specific phrases to maintain trust and leadership control within the groups.
