The Afgan Taliban have started heavy and unprovoked fire on Landi kotal border to which Pakistan security forces have resopnded in a befitting manner
According to initial reports, after provocation from Afghan forces, the Pakistan Army responded promptly and effectively by targeting enemy positions, silencing their artillery.
Sources say that heavy exchanges of fire are ongoing between security forces and Afghan Taliban in the border areas of Waragha Sar, Maro Sar, and Shah Kot Sar.
Local sources report that explosions and gunfire can be heard in the border areas, causing fear and panic among nearby residents.
