WEBDESK: A powerful new book titled ‘The War That Changed Everything’ has been launched by renowned journalists Murtaza Solangi and Ahmad Hassan Al-Arabi. It offers a bold investigation into the controversial Pahalgam incident of 2025.

As shown in the book, the incident in which India framed terrorism associated with Pakistan, set off a massive political and military crisis. However, the authors argue that the real situation is much deeper and is connected with media manipulation and fake stories.

With experiences gained over decades, the authors reveal the fact that contemporary battles have evolved to encompass not just battles but also battles of information. They demonstrate how the truth was concealed with fake news, deepfakes, and state propaganda in order to support the oppression and cause fear among the citizens.
According to leaked papers, tape recordings, satellite information and so on, the book narrates how the Muslims were wrongfully accused and Pakistan was falsely accused. It cautions that these are only methods in a bigger global issue where lies are used as ways of manipulating people and covering up crimes.
Murtaza Solangi is a senior Pakistani journalist who has about 40 years of experience. Ahmad Hassan Al-Arabi is an international relations scholar and a psychological war expert. Together, they call on journalists and human rights groups to fight back against this growing threat to truth.
The War That Changed Everything is available in hardback and paperback. It is aimed at readers interested in South Asian politics, media ethics, and the future of conflict.
