National carrier Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced new cabin crew vacancies for its Karachi base.
The national airline had earlier opened cabin crew recruitment for its Lahore and Islamabad bases in August.
According to the recruitment advertisement, candidates applying for the Karachi positions must be between 20 and 28 years old at the time of application. Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Previous experience in airlines, aviation, hotels or other service industries will be considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory. Candidates who already hold a valid flying authorization will also be given preference.
Applicants must have good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage.
The minimum height requirement is 160 cm for female candidates and 168 cm for male candidates.
Candidates will also be required to meet PIA’s medical standards, including a color vision examination. Applicants must also have a satisfactory character and previous record.
