The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced a major relief package for Hajj pilgrims, introducing a one-day “one-window” operation at Hajj camps across the country.

Under this new system, training, vaccination, and provision of travel documents will all be completed on the same day at 10 designated Hajj camps nationwide.

The initiative aims to save time and travel costs for pilgrims, benefiting approximately 119,000 Hajj applicants. The second phase of the Hajj operation is set to begin from Wednesday, with camps active in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Sukkur, and Rahim Yar Khan.

Through this one-window facility, pilgrims will receive Hajj training, mandatory vaccinations, air tickets, visas, identification lockets, luggage tags, and medicine packing services under one roof, eliminating the need for multiple visits to different offices.

According to spokesperson Umar Butt, the complete schedule for vaccination and training sessions has been made available on the “Pak Hajj App”.

The ministry has advised pilgrims to bring their original CNIC and computerized bank receipt with photograph when visiting Hajj camps. Additionally, special bank counters for currency exchange have been set up at the camps to facilitate pilgrims.
