Pak vs Ban series announced

⏱ 2 minute read

Web Desk: Pakistan’s men’s cricket team will tour Bangladesh in March for a three-match One-Day International series, with all fixtures scheduled to take place in Dhaka, officials said.

The team will arrive in Bangladesh on March 9 and hold its first practice session a day later as it prepares for the opening match.

Meanwhile, the first ODI is set for March 11, followed by the second on March 13 and the third on March 15. All three matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

The upcoming series will mark Pakistan’s second visit to Bangladesh since July 2025, when the hosts secured victory in a T20 International series.

However, momentum between the two sides has shifted in recent encounters. Earlier, in May and June 2025, Bangladesh toured Pakistan for a T20 series. Pakistan, led by Salman Ali Agha, completed a 3-0 clean sweep on home soil.

Now, with both teams having claimed recent series wins against each other, the March ODIs are expected to renew a competitive rivalry as they look to assert dominance in the 50-over format.

Cricket boards from both countries have yet to announce the full squads, but preparations are underway for what promises to be another closely watched bilateral contest.
