Web Desk: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) implemented a new schedule for its offices across Pakistan starting March 24, 2024, to streamline public dealing and accommodate various registration center formats.

The updated timetable provides specific shifts for single-shift offices, double-shift centers, and 24-hour Mega Centers. Under the new arrangement, registration centers operating on a five-day work week will serve citizens from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and closing at 4:00 PM.

For offices operating six days a week, the authority set the hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and on Saturdays. On Fridays, these offices will observe shorter hours, concluding operations at 12:30 PM.

Double-shift centers will now offer expanded access to the public. The morning shift operates from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while the evening shift begins at 3:00 PM and runs until 10:00 PM. These timings apply from Monday to Saturday, though Saturday operations depend on the specific center’s status.

Furthermore, NADRA Mega Centers will continue to provide round-the-clock services through three distinct shifts. The morning shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and the night shift from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. These centers remain operational from Monday through Sunday.

The authority also notified a mandatory break for Friday prayers at all centers, which will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Citizens are encouraged to visit their nearest centers according to these new slots or contact the NADRA helpline at 1777 for further guidance.
