This committee, which will hold monthly meetings, will include elected public representatives, the Corps Commander Peshawar, Chief Secretary, IG Police, provincial officials, and representatives from federal institutions.
The committee will monitor governance and development projects while also creating sustainable income opportunities for local residents and implementing effective measures to address the problems of displaced persons.
The meeting emphasized ensuring full coordination and a unified approach between the federal government and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to tackle critical issues such as terrorism. Efforts will be made to prevent extremist thinking among youth and promote positive outlooks by creating sustainable employment opportunities.
