Web Desk: Iran’s Revolutionary Guards issued a strong statement about the use of the Strait of Hormuz. They said countries that expel Israeli and American ambassadors can use the Strait of Hormuz without restriction.

The Guards added that these countries will receive full freedom to pass through the strategic waterway starting today.

A spokesperson for Iran’s Revolutionary Guards rejected recent remarks by Donald Trump and called them meaningless. The spokesperson said Iran will decide when the war ends.

He warned that security in the region must exist for everyone. Otherwise no one will have security. He also warned that Iran will stop oil exports from the region if attacks against the country continue.

Meanwhile Donald Trump spoke at a Republican conference. He said the United States Navy will protect ships in the Strait of Hormuz when needed.

Trump added that the US could deploy naval forces alongside commercial ships to ensure their safety.

Earlier Iran’s Revolutionary Guards challenged Trump. They said the United States should deploy its naval ships in the Strait of Hormuz if it wants to protect oil tankers.
