Web desk: At the Arab-Islamic summit held in Doha, Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani strongly condemned Israel.
Adding its claims about the peaceful release of hostages were “false.” And that the “Greater Israel” agenda posed a grave threat to world peace.

He told leaders gathered in Doha that Palestinians were facing genocide at the hands of Israel.
He added that the occupying forces had crossed all limits in committing crimes against humanity.

He added that the attack on Doha was a major act of aggression. Calling it a violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and international law.
Qatar accuses Israel of sabotaging peace efforts
The Emir reminded the summit that Qatar had acted sincerely as a mediator to bring peace to the region, but Israel undermined the negotiation process by targeting Hamas leaders.
He said Israel was guilty of genocide, breaching international law, and committing crimes against humanity.
OIC chief calls Israel’s actions “barbaric”
OIC Secretary General Hissein Brahim Taha, in his remarks, described Israel’s conduct in Gaza as barbaric, saying that using hunger as a weapon was a “despicable act.”

He stressed that urgent and uninterrupted aid must be allowed into Gaza.
Taha also condemned the attack on Qatar, calling it highly alarming, and urged that a solution to the Palestinian issue in line with UN resolutions was unavoidable.
PM Shehbaz addresses Arab-Islamic summit
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned Israel for violating Qatar’s sovereignty, saying that the attack on Doha undermined efforts for peace in the Middle East.
Addressing the Arab-Islamic emergency summit in Doha, he said Pakistan strongly denounced the assault and stood in full solidarity with the Qatari leadership and people.
He added that Israel carried out the strike to sabotage mediation and peace efforts, even though Qatar was playing the role of a negotiator.
The Prime Minister described the situation in Gaza as “rivers of blood” and recalled the story of a ten-year-old Palestinian boy who was killed by Israeli forces after walking several kilometres in search of food.
He urged the creation of an Arab task force and called for immediate action against Israel, including an urgent ceasefire, the release of hostages and the freedom of Palestinians.
He stressed that the conflict could only be resolved through a two-state solution, with Palestine recognised as an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
