Pakistani YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, is facing one of the biggest scandals of his career. Just days after uploading a vlog where he proudly claimed to have purchased his “dream house” in Lahore’s upscale DHA Phase 7, a property dealer has come forward with shocking allegations that the house was never bought. Instead, it was only rented.
This controversy comes at a time when Ducky Bhai is already in legal trouble. He was recently arrested by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on allegations of promoting illegal online gambling applications. His remand has now been extended by the court, and the timing of both issues has amplified public outrage.
The Shocking Truth About the Dream House Claim
The house that Ducky Bhai showcased in his vlog was presented as a milestone purchase worth Rs10 crore. Fans congratulated him, celebrated his achievement, and praised his success story. But according to property dealer Armaghan Rana, the truth is very different.
Rana, who represents Professional Properties and Traders, revealed that Ducky Bhai never purchased the property. Instead, he signed a rental agreement for Rs450,000 per month on an 11-month contract beginning in June 2025. Rana explained that a lump sum of Rs2,475,000 was paid in cash, which included one and a half months’ advance rent along with three months’ security deposit.
In an interview, Rana said:
“When I saw his vlog where he called it his dream house, I laughed. A dream house is something a person buys, not rents. He lied to his audience, and his audience is made up of young people who believe him. He has misled an entire generation.”
Rana also revealed that Ducky’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, visited the property multiple times before finalizing the deal. He explained that his concern is not about unpaid commissions or money, but about public trust.
“These YouTubers influence children. Kids see these videos and pressure their parents to buy bigger homes and live a certain lifestyle. Parents later thanked me when I exposed the truth, because they felt their children were being misled.”
Rana further stated that he has the rental contract in hand and that the bungalow, located in DHA Phase 7, is a newly constructed one-kanal property. According to him, Ducky Bhai made content inside the house and invited his friends over while pretending it was his personal home.

Arrest in Gambling App Promotion Case
At the same time, Ducky Bhai is caught in another major controversy. On August 17, 2025, he was arrested at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport while preparing to travel abroad. The arrest was carried out by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), which has replaced the FIA’s cyber wing as Pakistan’s main cybercrime body.
The charges are serious. Authorities allege that Ducky Bhai promoted and created content for illegal online betting and gambling applications, including Binomo, 1xBet, Bet365, and B9 Game. During the investigation, the NCCIA claimed that his phone contained promotional materials, financial transactions, and WhatsApp conversations linking him to these platforms.
The First Information Report (FIR) registered against him cites multiple sections of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016, amended 2025). The sections include those dealing with electronic fraud, electronic forgery, spamming, and identity spoofing. Additionally, charges under the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) were also added.
Ducky Bhai was initially placed on a two-day physical remand. After the period ended, the NCCIA presented him before a local magistrate and requested additional time. The court extended the remand until August 23, 2025, to allow investigators more time to gather evidence and question him.
A Pattern of Controversies
For many, these two controversies are not isolated incidents but part of a larger pattern. Ducky Bhai has often been criticized for his aggressive online persona and controversial stunts. In the past, he faced backlash for dangerous videos and accusations of misleading content.
The latest issues, however, have hit harder because they involve both financial fraud allegations and public deception. Presenting a rented house as a purchased dream home while also being investigated for promoting gambling platforms has shaken the trust of many fans.
Observers argue that this is no longer just about one influencer. Instead, it highlights a bigger problem in Pakistan’s social media ecosystem where creators often blur the line between reality and performance.
Public Backlash and Ethical Concerns
The fallout has been intense. Ducky Bhai’s vlog portraying his lavish lifestyle is now being criticized as a deliberate attempt to mislead his followers. Many parents, according to Rana, expressed relief after his awareness video went viral. They thanked him for exposing what they called “fake luxury.”
Rana further alleged that he received pressure from people close to Ducky Bhai, who asked him to delete his video. According to him, some even called on behalf of Ducky’s wife, requesting that he take the video down. Rana refused, insisting that his purpose was awareness, not money.
“My only aim was to make people aware. These kids spend hours watching YouTubers and start comparing their lives. That is dangerous. Parents told me their children were demanding similar homes after watching Ducky’s vlog. That is why I spoke up.”
This has sparked a broader conversation about influencer accountability. Should creators clearly disclose when they are renting, promoting, or being sponsored? Should platforms like YouTube enforce stricter rules to protect young viewers from misleading content?
Conclusion
Ducky Bhai’s recent troubles show how quickly public trust can collapse when credibility is questioned. The dream house scandal revealed a rented property dressed up as a multi-crore purchase. The gambling app promotion case has now dragged him into legal and criminal territory.
Whether or not the courts find him guilty, the damage to his reputation is already significant. For fans, this serves as a reminder to be cautious and not believe everything presented online. For creators, it is a wake-up call to maintain honesty and transparency in their content.
As of now, Ducky Bhai has not officially responded to the property dealer’s claims. His legal team has also not issued a detailed statement about the gambling allegations. Editors will update this story if any response is made public.
