PML-N’s Babar Nawaz Khan Wins NA-18 Haripur By-Election

According to unofficial and unconfirmed results, PML-N candidate Babar Nawaz Khan has won the NA-18 Haripur by-election, securing 163,996 votes from a total of 602 polling stations.

Independent candidate Shehrnaz Omar Ayub came in second with 120,220 votes. Earlier updates from 548 polling stations had already shown Babar Nawaz Khan in a strong lead, and preliminary results from 416 stations reported him with 153,536 votes compared to Shehrnaz Omar Ayub’s 109,823 votes.

The Returning Officer’s office continues to receive and update results from the remaining polling stations.
