Pakistan considering 4 fast bowlers for first test

Pakistan cricket team is considering inclusion of four fast bowlers in the national team for the first Test against England.


According to sources, Mohammad Ali, Mohammad Abbas, Aamer Jamal and Khurram Shahzad are likely to be included in the playing XI for the first Test against England.


Meanwhile, Shan Masood and Saud Shakeel have also recovered from their respective injuries, while Imam-ul-Haq is likely to be included in the playing XI.

Babar Azam Ruled Out of First Test, Salman Ali Agha to Lead Pakistan in Test Cricket for First Time


Pakistan captain Babar Azam has been ruled out of the first Test against England after failing to fully recover from a finger injury.


Head coach Sarfaraz Ahmed has confirmed that Babar Azam will not feature in the first match of the three-Test series. The first Test between Pakistan and England will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19, at Headingley in Leeds.


In Babar Azam’s absence, T20I captain Salman Ali Agha will lead Pakistan in a Test match for the first time. Salman Ali Agha had a difficult tour of the West Indies.


The first match of the three-Test series between Pakistan and England will begin on August 19 at Headingley, Leeds. Both teams are ready to embark on a new chapter in Test cricket.
