Three major incidents of terrorism occurred in Balochistan in which innocent lives were targetted by the Fitna ul Hindustan and India is behind all these terror activities: DG ISPR.
DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, while briefing on the security situation in Balochistan, said that three major terrorist incidents took place in the province over the past four days. He said security forces carried out effective operations, killing a total of 54 militants, while 42 security personnel embraced martyrdom during various operations.
DG ISPR also said that Afghan Taliban regime is facilitating terrorists and Afghan soil is being used for these activities. He warned that all illegal Afghan citizens in Pakistan will be sent back immediately.
According to the DG ISPR, the militants, whom he referred to as “Fitna al-Khawarij,” targeted innocent civilians to further their malicious objectives. He said security forces launched timely operations to safely rescue hostages and conducted decisive actions against the militants.
He said 15 militants were killed during a clash with police in Ziarat, while another 14 militants were killed in operations carried out today in Kharan and Dalbandin.
The military spokesperson said the brave and resilient people of Balochistan stood firmly against the militants and played a vital role alongside the security forces in maintaining peace and order.
The DG ISPR alleged that India is backing terrorist activities in Balochistan. He said security forces will continue uninterrupted operations until all militants and their facilitators are completely eliminated.
He reaffirmed the resolve to continue taking all necessary measures to eradicate terrorism from the country and establish lasting peace in Balochistan.
