flagship SUV — the Hyundai Palisade

Pakistan’s automotive market witnessed an exciting milestone as Hyundai Pakistan officially announced the prices and bookings for its highly anticipated flagship SUV — the Hyundai Palisade.

Car enthusiasts had been waiting for this moment for months. Finally, the company revealed that it will launch two hybrid variants — the Hybrid Smart and the premium Hybrid Calligraphy. With prices set at Rs. 20,999,000 for the Smart variant and Rs. 22,999,000 for the Calligraphy variant, the Palisade enters the market as Hyundai’s most premium offering in the country.

Bookings opened with a required advance payment of Rs. 3,000,000, while deliveries are expected to begin in August. The announced prices do not include additional charges such as CVT, NEV levy, and advance tax.

What makes this launch even more special is that the Palisade will be assembled locally in CKD form. Pakistan becomes the first country outside South Korea to assemble this flagship SUV — marking a major achievement for the local automotive industry.

Under the hood, the SUV features a powerful 2.5-liter turbo hybrid engine that delivers 329 horsepower and 460 Nm of torque. This combination promises strong performance along with better fuel efficiency — making it suitable for both city driving and long highway journeys.

With its bold design, advanced hybrid technology, and premium positioning, the Hyundai Palisade is set to compete at the high end of Pakistan’s SUV market.
